F. Ray Hill

President/CEO

With 35+ years in the Dallas area specializing in employee benefits, Ray has held leading positions with major insurance agencies and insurance companies, and served as head of sales and marketing for a national claims administrator. He owned and operated a local agency for 14 years, diligently serving many corporate and individual clients all over the country. His breadth of experience means he’s accumulated knowledge in all phases of health, life, and related insurance coverage, and now offers the best of the benefits world to customers and their families.

A strong believer in one’s obligation to give to others, Ray supports the community in many ways. He has served as past president of Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, VP of the National Association for Child Abuse Prevention, in leadership with Boy Scouts of America and in various capacities within the Dallas Regional Chamber and Northeast Dallas Chamber. He is married to Peggy Hill and they have lived in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas for over 30 years raising their family of five.

Ted Hill has an extensive background in the insurance business with over 12 years of brokerage knowledge, he brings a fresh entrepreneurial vision combined with technology and strategic partnerships to our business clients at Life Benefits.  Ted has a passion for the insurance industry and a passion for benefits.  He, as does Life Benefits, believes that developing focused and creative benefit options for businesses is a solid way to help business.  Other ventures that Ted has founded are: HRX which is a quarterly speaker series that brings the best HR practices from the best HR practitioners to HR experts across DFW and he founded 'Quad Rugby for the Holidays' a non-profit event which puts able-body rugby players from the Dallas Harlequins against the Quad Rugby team of RISE Adventures on the court each December to play Quad Rugby (rugby in wheelchairs).  The Quad Rugby event is toy drive for Toys for Tots.

Ted is a graduate from Baylor University with a double major in both insurance and marketing.  While at Baylor, Ted received the Leadership Award of Excellence from the university. He continues to lead others by serving as the Co-Chairman for Dallas Ducks Unlimited. He holds a Certificate in Business Leadership from SMU, was recently invited to join the Advisory Board of the SMU HR Roundtable, and is an Ambassador, New Member Engagement Committee Member, and regular attendee at Dallas HR and serves as an Ambassador with the Dallas Regional Chamber, where he has been selected into the 2011 - 2012 Leadership Dallas program. Outside of working hours, Ted donates his time on behalf of local charities Buckner House, Dallas DU Greenwing Program, Dallas Harlequins RFC, Triggers Toys, and assisting many other small non-profits that need some help. 

In Ted’s free time, he spends that time with his wonderful wife Carrie and their 3 dogs doing whatever the next adventure is for them.
