5/1/04 For Immediate Release – Ted J. Hill was recently
named Executive Vice President of Life Benefits, an
independent brokerage and consulting firm providing
business-to-business insurance and employee benefit
solutions.
A graduate of Baylor University with a double major
in insurance and marketing, Mr. Hill quickly moved
from entry level to management earning top awards.
The 33-year-old assisted such global accounts as Interstate
Batteries, Texas Credit Union League, LSG Skychef,
and Peterbilt, to name a few. He has held high-ranking
sales positions with Insurance Managers of Dallas
and Foundation One Insurance Services of Frisco. A
member of the Dallas Association Health Underwriters
and Texas Association of Health Underwriters, Mr.
Hill also belongs to the National Association of Independent
Financial Advisors (N.A.I.F.A.) and National Association
of Professional Enrollment Specialists (N.A.P.E.S).
“I am excited to have this opportunity and look
forward to continuing the existing standard of excellence,”
tells Mr. Hill, whose initial plan of action includes
launching a web enabled human resource helpline, lifeben.com,
which allows users to receive direct answers to over
55,000 financial and personal questions.
Additionally, Mr. Hill is among the first in Texas
to laterally introduce the Payroll Card solution to
the benefits industry. “In the current economy, Life

A recipient of the Leadership Award of Excellence
from Baylor University, Mr. Hill re-established the
college’s men and women’s Rugby Team in 1992 – 1993.
He is a current member of the Dallas Rugby Club, Major
League Rugby and USA Rugby. Additionally, he has served
as a committee member for Dallas Ducks Unlimited and
Dallas Metro Crest Chapters. A proud member of Watermark
Community Church, Mr. Hill serves as a cook for the
“Chuck Wagon” group grilling for community fundraising
events. He volunteers on home and garden service projects,
as well.
